Normal production time can vary depending on the product but is normally about a week for print items. If we are doing design for the project that will add about a week to the production time.
We do offer rush service on many of our products. Ask your sales rep for details.
We ship UPS and USPS as well as local delivery.
There are many types of paper available. The type of paper used will vary depending on the product. Our sales team will be happy to recommend a paper for your specific project.
Our presses print at the same resolution on all paper types. Some types of paper will appear brighter than others so the end result may look different. As a rule photos printed on a glossy paper will appear brighter and more vivid. It really comes down to individual preferences. Some people love bright vivid photos while others prefer a more subtle look.
We offer a wide range of finishing options that we can do in house with short lead times. We also work with a third party bindery if needed for very special projects.
We do offer custom shaped prints. Ask our sales team for details.
Probably not. If you don't have a high resolution print file available we would recommend having one of our designers recreate the design for you. We want you to be happy with the quality of the end product so scanning an old card or brochure is probably not a good option.
We prefer high res pdf files but we can work with most file types as long as the resolution is good.
